📍 Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders go into production quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours

  • After production begins, we cannot modify the order

We work with multiple production partners. Items may ship separately depending on product type and location.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

  • We’ll send a replacement or refund

🔁 Do you accept returns?

Since items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, we will always fix issues caused by defects or errors.
